covers both the stock used in rodeos and the cowboy
participants. The rodeo events of Bareback Riding, Barrel
Racing, Bull Riding, Calf Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer
Wrestling, and Team Roping are featured as well as added
attractions that occur in some rodeos such as the Wild
Horse Race and the Chuck Wagon Race of the Calgary
Stampede. The book is introduced by Bill Linderman.
It has 102 pages with a total of 62 illustrations, 11 of
which are double page in full color. Sam's illustrations
carify the particular event better than any photo could. It
is hardcover bound in tan with a dark brown spine and has
a gold bucking horse on front. It does not have a dust jacket.
